Student Bank Teller
Student would be responsible for greeting members as they arrive in the branch, managing lobby traffic, directing members to the appropriate staff member, resolving problems, answering branch phone, and answering questions covering the entire spectrum of Delta Community Credit Union’s products and services. Additional responsibilities may include processing any combination of the following transactions: check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan and mortgage payments, American Express traveler’s checks and gift checks, and ordering and re-pinning ATM and Debit cards.
Student must be able to identify and sell credit union services that best meet the member’s financial needs and provide members with courteous and prompt attention. Student would also be responsible for being knowledgeable of, and ensuring that Service Standards, as defined and established by the Delta Community Credit Union are met. Wage $8.50/hr
